Disaster Relief Work
Provide immediate aid and long-term rehabilitation for victims of floods, earthquakes, or other calamities.
Clean Water Initiative – Tube Well Installation
The AR Raihan Educational Trust aims to provide clean and safe drinking water to underprivileged communities by installing tube wells in water-scarce areas. This initiative will help reduce waterborne diseases, improve hygiene, and enhance the overall quality of life.
Environmental Initiatives
Plant trees, promote waste management awareness, and encourage eco-friendly practices.
Arrange free medical check-ups, eye camps, and awareness programs on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
Educational Development
Knowledge is power. Islam has dwelt upon the supremacy of knowledge and education over other virtues of man. The very first verse of the Holy Qur’an states “Read” (Iqrah). The Prophet has stated that it is obligatory on every man and woman to attain knowledge. To follow this dictate of the Prophet the center carries out many education programs, major among them being the revival of Madrasa Nizamia. The Madrasa was founded by famous Islamic Scholar Mufti Zakir Hussain Siddiqui who was a known social worker. A separate Madrasa is also being run exclusively of girls in which education up to the Almiat Course is being. A separate section of Hifz-e-Qur’an and Qirat is also being run; all this education work is done under Darul Uloom Farangi Mahal. Here, children are given mainstream education with a focus on religious knowledge and moral education. Children are provided with free books, uniforms, and mid-day meals. There is no tuition fee for the curriculum that includes computer education and English Language.
Charitable Works
Financial aid or help is provided to people who are identified and qualify to receive these services. This program is funded by the trust itself. Charity is a fundamental element of Islam. Financial Aid is disbursed to the local community, and other communities as well, depending on circumstances. Monetary help is given by paying rents, utility bills, and fulfilling other basic needs, directly to the organizations or companies connected to them. The Social and Welfare Committee also provides financial assistance to communities and areas which are affected by natural disasters and calamities.
Sermons
A sermon is a lecture by a preacher. Sermons address a scriptural, theological, or moral topic, usually expounding on a type of belief, law, or behavior within both past and present contexts. Elements of the sermon often include exposition, exhortation, and practical application. The act of delivering a sermon is called preaching. Every Islamic Institution offers Sermon to its attendees; ARET NGO also offers Sermon to its students.
AR RAIHAN EDUCATIONAL TRUST is a voluntary social service organization for social action and educational development in an integrated way. The organization was established in 2019 by the initiative of a kind-hearted and sensitive person named MUFTI ZAKIR HUSSAIN.
